Loved this gate! So pretty! 

So boutiqueing in Vero is not very affordable! So many beautiful things that I would loved to take to the register, but with price tags so high I just couldn't do it. BUT that doesn't mean I didn't find some sweet purchases! Accessories are so important to changing up an outfit, and I did find some that were in my budget! I got a bangle too but it is wrapped up so cute in the Bliss Boutique bag that I just couldn't unwrap it yet...I know corny! :)

It's the day before vacay! I am not sure how much posting will get done from Vero Beach for the next week, but you can be sure I will be catching up on reading everyone else's posts! I am in love with these new shoes by Miz Mooz! Carla of Simply Bubblelicious has them too! I snagged them during the Nordstrom sale, whoot! How I Did it at the Taylor Swift Concert!

So I was determined NOT to buy something new for the Taylor Swift concert. I was texting with Aimee of Shopfast, because surely she understands how to handle restraint! She suggested shorts, and it hit me...I loved Carrie Underwood's look for the American Idol Finale!!! So this is how I did it. Yes the legs still need work to begin to compare, but overall it was fun and easy and kept me from buying something new! My daughter loved the concert! We sat on the 5th row thanks to Jenni Taylor at 97 Country! WOOO HOO! I listed some pictures I snapped before my camera died, boo! Best concert EVER!

30 for 30 Day 5

I know I have missed a few days, but this is day 5 of the 30 for 30 Summer Remix by myself and stylist Courtney Philpot! Since I am such a bad blogger...you can catch up at our True Style column site at Lakeland Local. I do have good excuses though. Graduating nephews, end of the school year parties, graduation parties, laundry, groceries. Wheww just listing it all makes me tired. I hope everyone had a great weekend, we saw Taylor Swift last night and it was INCREDIBLE! It was my 10 y/o's first concert and she was BLOWN away, we 5 rows from the stage. I was sure to tell her that this was NOT the norm for a Taylor Swift concert or any concert for that matter. We got extremely lucky thanks to Jeni Taylor at 97 Country. Thank you Jeni!!!! Pictures to come tomorrow! 

Awkward and Awesome Thursday

Awkward:
-The scolding I got from taking my coffee into the pediatric dentist office this morning. "Mam, we don't allow liquids in the waiting area." WHAT? It's 9am!!!
-The fact that I put on work out clothes today just because I didn't have time to get dressed appropriately. A visor and tennis shoes made it even more convincing!
-My son being "that child" that all of the moms shake their heads at while he terrorized the indoor play area in the lobby.
-My hair today.
-Driving through the carline yet once again when my daughter had an after school party to attend that I forgot about.

Awesome:
-My nephew is graduating this weekend!
-Nordstrom sale, and this new watch band that I scored for $35.00 YAY!
-New shoes.
-An impromptu date with my husband last night.
-My first organic buying club pick up today!!!
-My and Courtney's 30 for 30 remix through Lakeland Local. Check it!
-All of YOU!!!!
